  1. Allow users to disable some colliders

    Give the user the ability to disable colliders. Users should be given an option in design-time to "draw" a box around certain connected parts that disable colliders. The result will be dramatic, allowing large and complex builds to behave like small builds.

  4. A fully featured UI.

    A readout for engine temps, craft temps (for reentry and lift off) thrust levels, cabin O2 levels if that's a factor, etc. I think it would be helpful and if people don't want it, just put an option to have a minimalistic HUD.

  5. Make a native and functional PC port

    Simpleplanes’s pc version is underwhelming and lacks cohesive support for video settings, hotkey changing, and interface controls that many other games have as a default (the last time I played, for instance, Ctrl-Z was basically broken and arrow keys were practically unusable in the editor. Parts are still controllable through the unintuitive pitch-roll-etc settings instead of just being bindable to a key. Menus that should have been dropdowns just cycled through options instead, which is ok on mobile but horrible on pc. UI scaling is basically nonexistent).

    I hope that the devs do these things better in SR2.

  6. Be able to have drills and ores!

    To be able to drill and mine ores from the body and then are able to convert it to fuel. But to find it you have to launch a scanner into orbit in under certain orbital parameters to find it. Also add a career mode to challenge the user with finance RandD, reputation Science credits and more!

  7. Graphical designs

    Name misused but add part graphics like cockpit interior and some parts have little things on them like fuel tank have refueling cap, engines have pipes a bit exposed, cockpits have moving parts, just overall part details.

  8. Part Repair

    If your design gets damaged like from an astroid or your rover hits the ground too hard, maybe if you have a certain part on, like a repair kit or tool kit, you can get a limited number a repairs and even only repair certain number of areas if too much damage and not enough parts.

    Plenty of different unlike SR1 there was small to big, add different ideas into it like warp drives or nuclear rockets, or maybe even (unlikely) a massive rocket that uses the power of the sun.

  10. Autopilot Control Computer

    Something that could be added could be a module that has the ability to control the rocket for you and preform basic tasks, like getting into orbit and adjusting flight paths to have a successful encounter with the planets we could visit. It could also balance orbits in order to be almost perfectly circular. It would help players who are less skilled or patient to actually learn and pull off basic tasks that make the game so fun to play. By adding this, the app will be a lot easier to pick up and a lot less frustrating. Also, since…

  14. Adjustable structural parts

    There should be options for trusses and structural fuselages that can be adjusted similar to fuselages in Simpleplanes. They should also have shape options, like hexagons and octagons for replicas of things like the ISS.

  15. Add tilt control for RCS during docking

    Aligning for docking will be difficult on mobile. Have it so you tilt your device on all three axis, and the spacecraft RCS maneuvers in the same direction. Combined with stability control (like SAS on KSP, or the SimpleRockets navball), this could make docking decent on mobile. This idea may not work great in practice, but it sounds good in theory.

  16. Pre-built crafts for challenging flight-focused missions

    For those who can't build or just want to fly without worrying about building sometimes, specific missions would add some great objectives that a lot of open-ended sandbox games lack. I'm thinking rescue missions, docking missions, fuel efficiency challenges, this kind of thing. I look forward to building crafts, don't get me wrong, but I think having missions outside of a standard 'career' mode would set it apart from the likes of KSP.

    Part that could be used to build ships/parts while in space, would use resources, steel etc... If possible characters? Humans, Aliens, something like in KSP. With different abilities.

  18. Multiple ship support in one build

    As a simple rockets one player, it is always a struggle to fit 2 command pods in one build due to crashes involved. It would be nice to have easy two ship support for apollo, or stage reuse
