Any form of multyplayer isn't ever gonna come to ios because phones simply don't have enough processing power to handle something as resource intensive as multiplayer.

Well, multiplayer on my PC lags a bit, and that has a very powerful RAM, so it would crash heaps and be almost inoperable on mobile. Also it would be quite guttering if the devs of the game stole your mod and used it as if they made it, wouldn't it?
