  4. take the time dilation theory into account. It also mean that no object can travel faster than the speed c.

    The current speed record is 740,000 m/s, which is less than 1% of C. At that speed, the dilation constant would be 0.999997, so 3ppm. This is not significant.
    Also, there is only 1 point of observation (the pod), so what good would adding time dilation do anyway?
