So a lot of things
Struts(and/or multiple attach points),eva, dig rent sized rocket parts(like in KSP with the mk1,2,3....),better mirror sistem, a bit bigger solar sistem, better modding support (for more versatile moding),a space center on earth and, probably this is kind of hard, some type of camping.
