Make joints.
Joints that could bend over 90° and could each be controlled independently of one another with a new control for adjusting how far the joints will bend. With this, one could build a manipulator arm like the Canadarm to move around modules with some sort of gripper.

Great idea! Only problem would be controlling them, it would require something like a joystick. This would be really useful on my station.
