Add a ground to air missile
There should be a missile that you can mount to a car a tank or a pod thingy and it has a massive radius circle and doesn't need to be locked before it hits the target so it's kinda op but it's only for ground stuff.

Well, you can use an Air to Air missile and edit it using the XML mod, so you can set the locking time to something like 0.1sec, the angle to 90 degrees and go nuts with the range
