Lifting gas block
a new kind of block that is extremely light, and has a limit of 20x20, that can support air buoyancy. It would have to be connected directly to a fuselage block, and wouldn't be good at handling stress. This will stop people from overusing it but and would still allow creative freedom

I could see blimps and observation balloons being more realistic.
