An implementation of floodlights/landing spotlights to make night landings easier would be a great addition. Without shadows in inclement or dark environments, judging altitude without altimeter is more difficult with less points of reference. Another idea would be to build landing lights into the landing gear parts. This however, would not negate the use of separate landing lights objects that can be placed on the aircraft as the landing gear would not be down for a water landing. While I am a software developer I have never worked in Unity3D so I might try out making a mod for the game. Thank you for your time and consideration.
