Buff fleet size.

Just one carrier and two destroyers is kind of small fleet. How about 1 carrier and 6 destroyers or any fleet configurations that is more than a petty fleet size.

    I always wanted a HUGE fleet size. Its too easy to kill the fleet without using XML.
