Users should be able to change the length of the wing gear so it can be used with the normal retractable gear and not look awkward. This would be useful when building a regional jet type plane.

And the ability to have only one wheel, two wheels or a whole boogey of 4 wheels.

Ok, Landing gears are fine so far, but I'd like some customisable features, similar to how wings can be customised to some extent.

Firstly, some crude different size landing gears, so the current one wheel ones, two wheels ones (wheel infront of wheel), 4 wheel ones (2x2 wheel) and 6 and 8 wheel ones (3x2 or 4x2 wheels). Then I want to be able to customise the extension of the landing gear, the position of it when down. I also want to be able to put them into STRUCTURAL WINGS like WW2 Aircraft sometimes had. Then finally a small and large amphibious landing gear, where its landing gear with a pontoon attached.

This would add an option in the part properties menu when you select retractable landing gear. It would let you
resize the length of the 'arm' holding the wheel. People can benefit from this, because you don't need to use rotators and structural wings to make the landing gear taller. This can also be used for the non retractable version of landing gear.

so...ive been tinkering a little with 1 by 2 retract gear and theres ALOT
of places ide like for them to be but theres just NO room for them. ive found this a big problem for my smaller planes. just a good idea u could think about.have a good day. :)

Sizable wheels for larger aircraft or STOL (BushPlane) also option single or tandem.

Add taller (1.5 or 2 blocks tall) landing gears like in reality, of course retractable. So we can hang missiles under wings easily without letting them touch the ground.
