  2. Add mod support?

    I think it would be cool if Simplerockets 2 had mod support. People could make mods to add new parts, new planets, and maybe even new solar systems. It would be great if you could get mods on both iOS and Android because it gets annoying not being able to get mods on simpleplanes just because I am on iOS. Please add this it would be really cool and add something for the simplerockets 2 community to share!

  3. Work on more ideas for the rovers.

  4. Breaches and depressurization

    Airlocks on a space station could wear over time and if they're not repaired or just left behind they will eventually cause a breach. The player may depressurize an old module and it would give an error and blow up, causing multiple debris pieces to fly around. Also, players would be able to re-create Matt Damon's scenery from Interstellar.

    The linking tool displays id of parts

We are using the blind connection method, ie you place the component in a bunch of parts but do not know where you want the part to connect to in the new part (A is the part add in blocks B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K you want A connected to E but sometimes connected to D or H, maybe D, E, F , G) 2.     I’m guessing that this might be hard to implement but if you find this interesting I think it would be cool to have an option to turn on a MaxQ effect to add a level of difficulty to the game.

  9. Stock vessels contest.

    A contest during alpha/beta stage for 2 vessels that will come into the game as stock ones. Users would make a simple, functional rocket that would show basics of game mechanics and a simple, functional plane doing the same thing. Devs would then choose which one is the best from each category and add it to the game, adding the user who made it to credits screen, too. And maybe some point reward for winners.

    This isn't really a game idea, but I hope devs will take it into consideration.

    A wheel that actually works, Unlike the ones in SP that cant do a 60* incline. You cant crawl over rocks or anything with the ones in SP.
    I'd like to see real wheels, ones that can do things like climbing rocks, and 80* inclines.

    Ships would need to have a connection with smerth that could be blocked by planets. You would need to have satilies to move the signal around the planets. There could be different levels of difficulty which would of let a signal pass through different levels of planet. The signal would also get weaker over distance (this could also be adjusted), so you would need higher levels of dishes or satilites every few planets. This would require infrastructure for long distance flights which would mean the players would not be able to jump straight to interplanetary landings, and make it a…

  15. Camera Shake

    The current videos that you have posted about the game look a little off, and after some thought, I decided it could be fixed with a camera shake. You should add a visual effect where the camera shakes at high accelerations like KSP. It isn't something that would be very hard to do and it would make the game more immersive.

  16. Auto docking

    On the aircraft you can salect a space station and a diagram of the station will apear so you can salect a docking port on the station. Then when you are in a certain distance from the stations a auto dock button will apear than it will auto dock and it will useing the rcthrusters on your aircraft and auto dock to the docking port you selected. For people who can’t dock but you can dock hanualy if you want.

  18. Cooperative Simultaneous Building

    Make it so two players connected by Steam, LAN... can access the same building hangar and build the same rocket simultaneously. It would speed up construction and it would allow new players to learn easier without having to access communities like Reddit or such that may scare them off at first glance. The only issue I can think of is lag.

  19. Uses for water

    Okay, so SR2 will also have water on Smearth (as we have seen). However, in SR1 you couldn't do anything with said water. I suggest that SR2 has mechanics like recolecting water and using it for various purposes. I think it would increase the utility of rovers and other non-space exploration units.

  20. Add a flight model to SR2 for lifting body and winged vehicles

    Simulating flight physics in atmospheres would allow for replicating SSTO designs like the X-15, or testing and designing fictional ones.
