    Its not something the devs can control, the games running speed is limited by your devices small processor "the thing that makes your game think and do things" obviously since a phone, kindle, tablet, etc is smaller than a full sized computer, it runs slower. Therefore it either needs a bigger CPU. And of you're a big engineering need like my friend, you can rip the cpu out of your device, and replace it with a faster one.
