You should be able to select a part, and then select one or more other parts to connect together. It would work well for small, tedious builds, in order reduce constant nudging, as well as in suspensions, where you need a spring to be attached to multiple parts at the same time.

For connecting single parts, you have to drag the part onto another and hope you get it on the right part. Instead you should be able to have the additional option of selecting two parts and attaching them, and nudging/rotating from there.
