Warhead: (XML Options)
I believe the game should introduce XML options for editing the explosive properties of explosive weapons. Bombs, Rockets, Torpedoes, even Missiles! I would suggest utilizing XML elements based on those of WNP78's nuke mod, allowing for the explosive power and radius to be edited.
As a bonus, the ability to change the colors of the explosion would also be nice and fitting for the game as well. Maybe even a an option to make a mushroom cloud.

Humans, like, foot soldiers
Ok, I know the game is called simple planes, but they could at least put in a pilot. Like, being able to get out of the plane and repair it or something. Maybe you could have crew members or, paratroopers or whatever. There would also be new parts, like doors or hatches for the people so they could get inside and out. I don't know.

Individualized UI sizing on mobile
Right now, you can only resize everything at once. I'd like to be able to make the pointer larger but maybe leave the rest of the UI alone.
Also, arresting hooks, yo.
Anyway, favorite game ever.

Car Part
We need more Car parts... like body panels, suspension, dampers, Chassis parts maybe.
The Cars in simpleplanes haven't had as much love as the other aspects of the game.10 votes -
Optional Birds eye view for cannon part.
Sorta like if any body plays world of warships and has an air craft carrier, you would know what I am talking about. I am trying to say that you could get a birds eye view of the map, and you would have The cross hair thing, and you could drag it around, until you are perfectly aimed at your target.

Customisable sphere
If a sphere can be adjusted like a fuselage block, it can help smoothen off surfaces and make builds which have many curves more realistic.
It would be helpful if players can adjust the sphere’s:
-length
-width
-height
-rise

Comparison on all inputs (altitude, Throttle, etc..)
inputs like throttle>79 so an afterburner activates at 80% throttle or something

A challenge or thing that can happen. Along with it are water guns that can be refilled with pontoons and you can prevent the fire.

Fix a glitch
You know about the whole random spawn thing In dogfight mode? Well I spawned right in front of the side of suicide trench! Instant destruction of my plane!

A block that designates a build as a ground unit/target
so that when you build a ship or tank it won't get targeted by anti-aircraft missiles but can be targeted by things like inferno and cleaver missiles.

More Color Palette Slots
15 color slots hardly feels like enough for certain builds. Adding another 2 rows of color slots would make projects much more accurate, as well as an overhaul to the color editor (ingame HTML or RGB editing would be great.)

Seasonal islands
Perhaps you could make the game a bit seasonal like add snow to islands or dead grass in summer
