An error occurred while saving the comment FennVectorCWA commented@ThatOnion it is possible and controlled by the developers, in my point of view they can downgrade graphics or let's say add a new graphic setting preset called "Ultra low" That way the graphics are potato but the game runs smoothly .....this is how android works.
Also The developers set a part download limit, i have samsung J7 prime which is powerful device that runs 500 parts air planes without lag on almost high settings so it is possible for me to run a creation of 800+ parts on the lowest setting preset with the lowest graphics but the site wont allow me to download 800+ parts creations like Sunfire's MLRS ..i simply can't
less lag can be achieved ..the game should detect the specs and enough available RAM to run the game and set the right graphics ... even if it gets pixel quality ....and in android resolution affects games more effectively than on PC ..it gets blury but it works so the developers should also add Resolution setting
the point is, the current Lights are beacon light they are supposed to be that way ..we usually fine tune them ..put them in engines ..use them in cars and such ...you know it is not made to be a spotlight .....So yes a new item is required Spot light, headlights or what you call it ...what anonymous said its longitude should be adjustable the intensity the width and maybe concave Light ..you know search lights attached to helicopters ......it may not be possible ...directing light on the ground or sea but having a searchlight is great and good for a start
