Missile parts
Small missile parts like light blocks that can only be attached to each other and detacher blocks and small jet engines or rockets that will activate when you detach the weapon. As well as at least one building to test them on. Not nessesaraly one with physics but just to indicate whether you hit it or not

Tank guns
It would be very cool if you could add actual tank guns. Turrets and chassis are available to everyone right now, since they can be built using fuselage blocks, rotors, wheels and so on. We're only missing tank tracks and wheels, but that' another story. They would have a few customizable parameters:
1. Caliber (in mm or inches)
2. Length (in calibers, like L/55 which means 55 times the caliber)
3. Smoothbore (worse accuracy, higher dmg) or rifled (higher pen, better accuracy, lower dmg)
4. Standard shell: APHE, APCR, HE, HEAT, APDS or HESH

For the next update..
I think we should have sonic booms. when a certain aircraft (or any vehicle) reaches supersonic, i think it would be pretty nice to have a sonic boom. It adds a more realistic feel for the game.

3rd Person Chrosshairs
As the title states, this would basically be the option to turn on 3rd person crosshairs. This would also be a good way to add a bomb crosshair.

An A.I block(I didn't describe it right)
A part that would resemble a cockpit, that can be attached to parasite fighters (small aircraft launched from larger ones). When activated, it would lock onto a target like a missile, but attack with whatever weapons it has onboard. Upon the destruction of the target, or the exhaustion of it's weapons, it would return to the main aircraft. It would be multi-role, & would be acknowledged as an entirely different aircraft by the A.I ships & other game controlled machines. The only handicap is that it can launch one missile at a time.

Gunner A.I.
It would be nice if gunner A.I. would be added to the game considering that bombers really don't have a way of defending them selves from enemy aircraft. The only current way of "defending" bombers is to use rotors and put guns on them to allow the gun to have free movement. Sure the gun has free movement but its really tedious and difficult to actually manage to kill and enemy aircraft on your tail with out shooting your own tail off or getting shot down before you even get a lead or shot on him. SimplePlanes struts and wires
Wires and metal struts that are much lighter than the standard building block and can be stretched between any attach points. The uses are countless: legs for wheels, in biplanes, ultralites, decorative antenna wires and a million other aesthetic purposes. Some examples: http://imgur.com/a/Kuv4Y

Overhaul the drag model
SimplePlanes is a simulation game, which is great because you can build whatever you want and then expect it to fly exactly like it would in real life!

One massive thing is stopping any aircraft's flight dynamics dead in its tracks: drag.
SimplePlanes drag model in its current state is so bad in fact, that I recently had to cut my aircraft's drag by almost 98% and that only got it close to flying properly. Custom sound Files
I think we should be able to customize the parts' sounds. Any part should have the ability to change it's sound through an mp3 that can be uploaded, or keep it's original sound. As well as change the volume of it, and other effects. This would be extremely useful in creating horns, sirens, or custom engine sounds. As well as custom explosion sounds (possibly)

Cockpit Settings
I think we should be able to do more than 'set as main cockpit' in cockpit settings. it would be nice if we could set up things like:
-Aircraft type(air, ground, ship, etc...) so spawned AI/destroyer can choose which weapon to use, and player can use inferno instead of Air-to-air missile against ground crafts
-Autopilot mode types(if your aircraft is heli/VTOL, you can use hovering instead)
-Whether Activation 8 is on by default or not
-Whether dethrottling to 0% activates brakes or not (the current game does that)
-Whether pressing Brake dethrottles engines to 0% or not (this one, also)

Option to change from imperial system to Metric system.
Being able to change from miles/hour and feet to say Kilometers/hour to meters would make the game a bit more userfriendly for those who are not used to the imperial units.

Add/Fix New Sounds
New sounds:
-Touch down sounds (for water, dirt, runway, and carrier)
-Crash/explosion sounds
-Weapons releasingFixed sounds:
-Guns (more like 50 cal and a Vulcan canon)
-Engines (more realistic)
-Damaging parts (as in bullets hitting metal)Extra:

Physics Update
Simple Planes is a great game, however it's accuracy in game physics and fluid dynamics isn't the best. Shippy456 states, "Due to my knowledge of very basic physics and fluid dynamics, I have become somewhat concerned about Simple Plane's physics and and it's drag model." Torque slider for car engines
If you’re trying to get up a hill 9999hp Won’t really do the trick torque is how strong the motor is. High amounts of torque would be better for climbing hills and acceleration then just horsepower alone. I think it would be a cool feature to have in the next update.
