Show trajectory in different SOI
Would be useful for lunar/interplanetary trips. The ability to see your periapsis in an encounter before arriving at the SOI, being able to see your trajectory around the sun while still in a planet's SOI (for making use of the oberth effect). This would also allow accurate slingshots.
This is now completed in SimpleRockets 2, which is now available for iOS, Android, PC, and Mac:

And change in trajectory through atmosphere. This wouldn't need to happen in real time. There could be a "calculate path" button that pauses the game, runs the game forward for a set amount of time and displays the path that will result of you do nothing.

I have tried to see what it would look like. See reddit discussion there : http://www.reddit.com/r/simplerockets/comments/2i32yi/what_show_trajectory_in_multiple_soi_could_look/

The different bits of trajectories would look weird as they would not be connected to each other (for exemple, when in then SOI of Smoon, the bit of trajectory displayed in earth SOI would start being drawn at the place the Smoon WILL be when you leave it).
But it would still be really useful. Even more if the encounter thing would take into account the next bits of trajectories !
