  1. WWII Jet engine

    Right, so we already have a WWII style prop, so why can't we have an engine like it? They have a distinct whistle to them and have more power than a prop. Of course, it wouldn't be too powerful but it would not be as powerful as the BFE150.

    So, what would it look like? Well, I propose 2 versions. An outer version that has a casing like on the Me-262and an inner version that would attach to the back of a fuselage seamlessly, like on the De Havilland Vampire

    • Put Kraken and desert island on mobile.

      I think kraken and desert island should be on mobile but there should be an option to turn them off for devices that can't handle them.

        It would be nice if gunner A.I. would be added to the game considering that bombers really don't have a way of defending them selves from enemy aircraft. The only current way of "defending" bombers is to use rotors and put guns on them to allow the gun to have free movement. Sure the gun has free movement but its really tedious and difficult to actually manage to kill and enemy aircraft on your tail with out shooting your own tail off or getting shot down before you even get a lead or shot on him.           This could be a method of connecting 2 ships/parts together e.g a way to dock 2 ships or a way to park something in space without it drifting or even just a way for a big vehicle to pick up a smaller vehicle/drone/rover etc. They would obviously need to be powered and have the ability to turn them on and off but they would definitely be useful

          • Light Speed between maps?

            I would like light speed to be added, but more as an way to switch maps and make maps less as an mod but more as another part of the game. like downloading planes there should also be planets that are easy to download not having executable code to destroy the game. it would be a lot better as for one can download multiple maps at a time but also it would be a lot safer.

            And you would switch between the maps using light speed. (I'm questioning as for it would be a feature or a limit you have…

              Make it as a % of the main thrust, or make different sliders.

                Currently, we cannot have multiple people be credited for a uploaded build, but we can for mods. I think adding the ability for several people to be credited would benefit those who help build a project, and will give them a better social status and more points.

                    Something that could be added could be a module that has the ability to control the rocket for you and preform basic tasks, like getting into orbit and adjusting flight paths to have a successful encounter with the planets we could visit. It could also balance orbits in order to be almost perfectly circular. It would help players who are less skilled or patient to actually learn and pull off basic tasks that make the game so fun to play.                       Plenty of different unlike SR1 there was small to big, add different ideas into it like warp drives or nuclear rockets, or maybe even (unlikely) a massive rocket that uses the power of the sun.

                            I think that the in game prop engines are a bit unrealistic.
                            Here's a few ideas.
                            Engines have to / can be turned on and off. Not just with activation groups, but differently.
                            instead of stopping, engines would idle.
                            MOAR SPINNERS. Different option for the prop spinner. None, Cone, WWII, Heli.
                            Turboshaft engine, for helis. Can be made extremely large, produces lots of torque, takes a while to wind up.
                            Oil temp, psi,
                            Torque, I don't know if this is in game, but it would be interesting. Bigger props have more torque.
                            Customizable prop shape? Experimental idea, possibly like wings. …

                                      Pretty much exactly what Kerbal Engineer does. We can get basic information about our spacecraft in flight, like our apoapsis, periapsis, speed, but also fuel percentage, mission timer, etc. Also, I would like information on our rocket to be calculated when building as well.

                                      • Have the physics engine include information for after you enter a planet's sphere of influence

                                        Currently the line stops at the sphere of influence when encountering a planet. If the line continued to show what would happen after that point, the physics engine could be used to plan for gravity slings or less fuel needed to enter an orbit.
