Nuclear Reactor. A Nuclear Reactor would function like a Battery Compartment or Super Capacitor but be SUPER heavy (despite being the size of the Sloshy T 1500) never need Recharging and Recharge Battery Compartments and Super Capacitors.
Plazma Drive (misspelling on purpose). Plazma Drive would be a ridiculously heavy and powerful Engine consuming Fuel and/or Power at equally ridiculous rates. It would not be compatible with a Nuclear Reactor. (perhaps because of instability over 60% output?) I have a name in mind for it; Thunderstorm 6000. Keep orbial lines visible (map view)
Keep orbial lines visible (map view), instead of completely fading them out when you zoom in (closer). Keeping them would make accurate orbital transfers far easier.

Less bouncing when landing.
Even if i am as careful as possible, there is always one or two huge bounces. Not cool.

add stability assist, without using RCS or engine
The stability assist is kinda annoying since I have to use RCS to keep stable, it would make docking easier and make the game more playable

bug report about solar
when two ships at same place ,I close one of ship's solar and then switch to another ship,the last ship's solar will auto open again

Keep the crashed planes & change the terrain when a plane crashes
Like you can keep the past three crashed planes so you can see were you went wrong or it may look much cool if your recreate a famous crash or something like that. The other thing is that if the plane crashes on land you could make a hole of were the plane crashed like making a line if the plane crashed its right wing or whatever it makes the line in which the way it crashed

SimpleCAD
I realized today that SimplePlanes is a very basic yet intuitive solid modeling program bundled with a flight simulator. If you could spin the construction half off into a full blown Android dimension driven solid modeling program I'd gladly pay 20 bucks for a copy.

Upgraded game engine
So that computers that run on potatoes can run faster and so the good computers can have better graphical improvments

Sepratron from ksp
Small solid rocket (size of RCS thruster and fires for 5-10 seconds) used to separate things easier such as fairings or boosters. It could also be used as a brake.

Blind mode
Right now the player is omniscient. It would be cool and challenging to only have access to data such as craft telemetry, radar, satellite, etc. This data could even be delayed based on distance to the nearest manned spacecraft. Of course, this would need to be combined with greater automation capability.

Ability to switch around stages during flight
If you're making a crew escape system, but you didn't need it, you can simply detach it. If you do need it, you could switch the next stage to fire those engines to take away your smastronauts!

Add infinite rotators
Rotator with no max range. Spins indefinitely as long as its activated. Would be good for certain machines like for building auto-movement mechs

Camo paint
At the options of gloss, semi gloss, and flat there should be a camo option that has two new options with it. Colour 1 and 2 so you can customize your camo in all colours!

Campaign/Career Mode
Allow a progression of part unlocking, earning money for doing missions, and requiring that rockets cost money. Why? A sense of accomplishment, mostly!
It would be another major feature to help this game to feel less just like a game about building rockets and more about actually doing things with rockets.
