I think we all, at least once, wanted to be able to just drag a Fuselage Block with a Bomb Bay out of the Parts Window. It would have Settings like Speed, the Angle it opens and Size. It would also be the exact same as a normal Fuselage so you don’t have to make the whole Plane out of multiple Parts so it has no Edges sticking out. This would be very useful, because pretty much every Bomber has a Bomb Bay and it would make Life way easier. It would also make the Bomber way more Part Efficient if you want to add Missiles that extend with AG 1-8. You would only need to add a Piston to extend the Missile, so the Bomb Bay would have multiple Uses even for Fighters. The Part could simply be named Bay or something like that. But that’s just me.

A feature that would allow us to chang corners of fuselage blocks to concave curved and concave circular, and to edit radius of round and circular corners. Radius editing would be such that the curve takes a certain percentage of the side of the fuselage block (default 50%) for circular corners, and exact radius of the corner curvature for round corners.333 votes
I including other people think that there should be
•So we know where the bomb is going to land
• For guiding bombs, missiles, rockets etc to a certain place/target
•For landing easily and not crashing or just bouncing off the ground
•For making realistic bombers and planes that have automatic turrets for shooting down AI planes
• release system like pin, hinge etc should be added

So you can just tell the game what to do, such as:
1) Increase throttle to 100%
1) Activate launch stage
2) Fly for 20 seconds
3) Activate next stage
4) Turn to 45 degrees
5) Fly for 10 seconds
Now I think with the recent Steam update...
-Set As Main Set/Is Primary
-Is VTOL Yes/No
--Hover Throttle 0 - 100
-Cruising Height 100 feet - 100K feet
-Cruising Throttle 0 - 100
-Brake Input VTOLBrake/Throttle/Pitch/Roll
Etc Etc276 votes
The probe capsule would require an electrical charge (from a battery/solar panels) to function but is lighter and smaller then it's manned counterpart188 votes
Make it so that mobile users can take screenshots without the UI in the way.256 votes
We need them for Rovers and Ground vehicles to ooerate on complex ground. In game, we could change the length of these Tracks, the width and the height, depending on the size of the Track, support wheels should vary in number and size. We also should have different track designs aswell as different support wheel designs to choose from.250 votes
We really need glass! i mean like, we always have to build undo the drag to have a cockpit that is see-trough. it would be so cool and useful to have glass! and maby have it break when a bullet goes trough, and have the ability to edit the shape and size the exact way you can with fuselage blocks, and maby even be able to make it hollow or be able to edit the thoughness? would be pretty neat i think!250 votes
When two fuselage blocks overlap, there should be a "cut" option, that allows us to remove one fuselage block, and leave a hole in shape of it in the other one. Useful for making hollow fuselages, windows, concave shapes etc.244 votes
Brighter lights maybe with adjustable brightness. It could be useful for car headlights and other things that require brighter lights.236 votes
As new fuselage-like parts or as option.
Armor: more armor you add to part more resist to damage taken but more weight(like deadweight but with damage resistance). As example - half armored block will weight twice more but can take 4 more shots before destruction.
Glass - fuselage blocks with changable opacity. Great for cocpits, windows and other stuff.236 votes
Lights that actually light up the worldf
Yes, we need lights, not tiny lights that doesn't light up the surrounding area, we need one that does. I've seen it implemented in other Unity games, so it must possible right?
Few possible implementations of this are:
and just lights in general lol

Basically support for air, space, sea and land vehicles. Just like in SP and KSP.220 votes
Please add support for custom AI to the mod API, so modders can create their own AI for whatever purposes they may have, such as a special type of race, a mission, to give their Aircraft a bit of personality, and whatever else they think up.211 votes
Adding weapons such as nuclear warheads would certainly make SimpleRockets2 more interesting. Nuclear warheads and laser cannons alone would allow us to build ICBM’s, Star Wars-like spacecraft, weaponized flying saucers, basically any concept by the military and so much more!195 votes
I HAVE TWO SUGGESTIONS FOR CONTROL SURFACES
MAKE THEM INDEPENDENT OF WING SHAPES. THAT MEANS A DELTA WING CAN HAVE RECTANGULAR CONTROL SURFACES.
CONTROL SURFACES WITH ELEVON AND FLAPERON INPUTS.
The people of SimplePlanes (mainly IOS users) are being stricken of their ability to succeed in an increasingly competitive field of play. Many users are unable to provide the flashy screenshots that PC and Android users are able to. I myself have resorted to using my PC to upload my builds, since I can upload it with screenshots. However, it is essential that we make it easier for IOS users to receive the recognition they deserve. We should also include an option to remove the UI on mobile devices in order to take better screenshots, or install a screenshot button that takes a shot without the UI in the way.
Reason 1: Fairness
In order to level the playing field and give everyone an equal opportunity, we must allow them to provide their best screenshots like all other users.
Reason 2: Attraction
People will be more likely to be attracted to the game if they are able to find success, as all humans, whether they like it or not, are looking for the validation of upvotes and comments on their work. Attractive screenshots mean more popularity, therefore new users are more likely to recommend SP to a friend.
Reason 3: It's just cool
Screenshots are fun. Being able to select a picture from your camera roll and inserting it is a proper showcase of a build you may have spend ages working on, and editing the screenshot itself is just as demanding.
This is why we must provide the same screenshotting opportunities to mobile devices as we do PC players. We don't absolutely need frecam or zoom, but it would be nice to make screenshots look their best. We do, however, need to be able to upload our own screenshots, and take good-quality ones without having to crop the UI out.
