  2. Snap to connection editor

    Would there be a way to add a "Snap to" option to the Connection Editor? Like, you manually set the connections between parts & then hit a button for those connections to automatically pop together as long as one of the parts isn't connected to anything.

    Sometimes when you're moving parts around at angles & stuff in tight spaces things get confusing & the builder can't connect to the right part

  3. Speed, sonic booms, and smoke in general

    A sonic boom that varies in shape and size at different altitudes and heights, should be easy with the games current system and funky.

    air thickness and drag should be modified to be more realistic, most height info in simpleplanes isnt incorrect, its just compressed, id experience difficulties at 60k ft that i wouldnt in a similar aircraft irl, i think they should get increased by about 1.5, so id experience current 60k at 90k

    if you cant find a way to make contrails, gun smoke, or anything similar, how about a smoke block? and one that can be modified…

    On the tin. a "skid block" or "friction" modifier for parts, like the sliders on the fuselage part, so that landing skids, skis, and snow capable floats all are possible.

  5. Helmet mounted display for VR instruments

    I would like to do helmet mounted instrumentation for some of my builds, but haven't found a good way of doing it. I think it might be pretty simple to add for you though.
    I'm not sure exactly how the green target square is done, but a text mesh pro object on the same layer controlled by an attribute on the camera is the implementation I would suggest.

    Please add gears with adjustable size and number of teeth of different types: conventional (used for permanent gearing), gears for transmission under 90°; planetary gearboxes (solar, crown, satellites).

  9. Buff fleet size.

    Just one carrier and two destroyers is kind of small fleet. How about 1 carrier and 6 destroyers or any fleet configurations that is more than a petty fleet size.

  12. CMMS (Custom Missile Making System)

    Custom missiles maker and saver to be used as a single custom missile weapon is very efficient way to make custom missiles . For now , we are using overload and fine tuner mod to make custom missiles . I think we (Custom missile making enthusiasts) should have a custom missile making system to save time for other things like airplane making . i think simple planes community should work on this idea .     We need a new procedural engine, with a torque curve and a proper sound, that can link to propellers or to a gearbox which can be linked to wheels.
    This engine should have a changeable number of cylinders, displacement and configuration (ie, radial, flat, V, inline) and also have options like air or liquid cooled, carburettor or injectors, petrol, avgas or diesel etc.

    So the system for sorting what a user has created is okay, you have options to filter posts. The problem is let's say a user creates lots of posts, like my beta posts for the SWL-20. What we need to albums or folders we can create to sort our content. This can clean up a profile and organize your work so everyone can see what you want.
