Add an option for solar flares.
Add and option in settings from solar flares. This would make systems on the ship inoperable for a certain period of time, or until you fixed them.

Sub-folders
When saving your builds you should have a sub-folder. That way you could have multiple rockets under the same name in their own folder such as Apollo 1, 2, 3, ect...

Contra Flow Propeller (Contra-rotating Propler)
Well.... this game already have Simple Propler, WWII Propler and Turbo Propler, I think Contra Flow Propeller it's a good idea.

Camera Mode: Target
I'd like to request a new camera mode in addition to the four which exist already (5 if you count physical aircraft cameras.) It would be very helpful if there were a "Target Mode" for the camera, which would make the camera follow the selected target. Ideally there would be two versions of this, one for the exterior view of the player's aircraft and one from the cockpit view.

Laser guided missiles/cluster bombs
I think that, while the current weapons that we have are good, we are lacking a few different types. A cluster bomb would be a much needed new weapon, and a laser guided missile would make air-to-air and air-to-ground combat much more realistic

Update SimplePlanes to Unity 2017
I suggest that SimplePlanes be updated to the latest Unity engine for better performance, easier to work with engine for mods, and other things.
I know that updating the engine to the latest version would very much likely break some(or all) mods that are currently working with SP, but that's just a sacrifice that needs to be made to better SP.

Become able to set a maximum speed limit on car engines
Basically, in car engines, the maximum speed should not be dictated by the the horsepower it has. This can become troubling when building tank designs, because tanks need horsepower to overcome the mountains of krakalaboa (I can’t spell that right) and snowstone but if you do the tank can travel at 250 mph which is not realistic AT ALL. So, if jundroo implements being able to adjust the maximum speed then you can set the tank to be able to climb mountains while being able to stay at a realistic speed. Also, it lowers the chance of flipping your tank.

Stronger Joints
I would like to ask for stronger joints as a problem with SR1 occurred when moving at high speeds could break some part at the joint ruining a design the same can be said wen using multiple small parts making a lot easier to break

Working Wheels
A wheel that actually works, Unlike the ones in SP that cant do a 60* incline. You cant crawl over rocks or anything with the ones in SP.
I'd like to see real wheels, ones that can do things like climbing rocks, and 80* inclines.31 votes -
