    make a small minimap to the game:

    what it should do:
    show explored areas(unexplored in black)
    show latest death
    show notable locations
    show where you are
    show any seen air/ground target

    id love something like this, and it helps navigation too

  2. Build mode updates

    I think the build mode needs some updates

    1: you should be able to test rotators, hinges, control surfaces, etc all inside the build mode, so you don't have to load into a game.

    2: More visual statistics, seeing where drag is occurring and how much drag, and not just red to white coloration, also of how much lift your getting and where your getting it, like showing arrows going along the bottom of the wing and the top of the wing, red for no lift, green for alot of lift and varys color or even more in depth.

    Ad better ways to make wings like at like real flat botem wings or real semetric wings.

  4. Overhaul the smoke

    i think it would be great if you could add more smoke during liftoff, that extends further away and leaves more clouds behind, as well as making the smoke last longer, despite gaining altitude, and last but not least, smoke deflecting off the ground on any planet surface, instead of just on launch pads

  5. Add the SAM rocket to the weapons section.

    When you want to build a ship, or a tank or something, you need weapons, to protect yourself. I think the Surface-air-missile a good idea against planes, and fun stuff in multiplayer, (when it finally added)

  7. Remove deadzone from mobile input joysticks

    Mobile input is currently very hard to work with in regards to precision of movements. I think the issue is big deadzone that joysticks currently have. Deadzone takes up around 30-40% of joystick range, which is unnecesary big, and as a result, doesnt allow for a very smooth input. Even gyro controls dont help, as by tilting, you just move the joystick, so problem still stands.
    Can you please remove the deadzone, or add an option to regulate its size? It will improove quality of life greatly on mobile.

  8. Better/Customizable hotkeys and mod support for PC version

    This game runs really well on budget PCs which do not have the horsepower to run KSP. Seems like a great market to capture.

  9. "Persistent" Controls

    When I have my finger on (say for example) the throttle, if I happen to move it a few pixels too far in the wrong direction, I'm suddenly doing something else like panning the view. A touch that starts for throttle should stay on the throttle (tracking the y axis).

  11. Change 'Detacher' to 'Decoupler', there's no such thing as deatchers.

    Title says it all. If we're making a rocket physics engine let's get the terminology right. :)

  13. Fix the lag around the sun.

    The first time I reached the sun it said -0m but never actually loaded it, second time I got there It loaded with some lag, but did manage to crash land.

  14. Phase option to allow auto adjust current running rocket

    Have an option that can be set on a phase level to have it auto adjust all rockets currently running to run out of fuel at the same time.

  15. have option to have apoapsis and periapses data ON by default

    i ALWAYS want to see the data for apoapsis and periapsis but it takes me precious moments to turn them on. would be nice to have them on by default. thanks!

  17. Add an icons only option to the ship build screen

    Since SR is only used in portrait, the names of the build items take up half the screen. After you've played a few times, the icons are all that's needed to identify the items. It would alleviate having to move the ship around as much while in the build stage.

  19. Add the ability to record control inputs as breadcrumbs for playback, iterative trajectory improvement, and ghost racing

    First off, way awesome game!! And very awesome of Andrew to be so involved in the community of enthusiastic users. Thanks!!! Now on to my idea: simple concept of recording a mission by saving the history of all control inputs as "bread crumbs". If a user wanted to improve upon a prior flight path, they could start by playing back the breadcrumb file, then at some point touch the controls to start flying manually again. Thus you could keep tweaking and optimizing your flight trajectory without having to start from scratch every time. Also, you could use this to implement…

  20. Stylus control

    For those of us who like to use a stylus, it would be great to be able to activate the apoapsis/periapsis/encounter buttons using the device’s stylus (not just with the touch-screen) E.G. with the Galaxy Notes.
    Would also be good to zoom using the stylus (like google maps: click, release, then drag)
